Dylan Ratigan Absolutely Nails IT!

November 2, 2011

Dylan Ratigan is excellent.  He basically just states it like it is.  A couple of his statements in the MUST-WATCH video below that I totally agree with are that over the last two decades the rules were made to benefit those who trade paper for a living and that all of the money in politics needs to get out!

I get quite angry when both sides of the political spectrum don’t do what the country needs and instead simply either, in the Dems case, kick the can down the road, or in the Reps place, want to destroy everything.  When our current President was elected I was wary about what type of change might befall him as he entered the White House.  Would he drain the financial swamp that runs Washington and Wall Street?  Or would he play within its parameters?  Well, the latter, much to my disappointment happened.  Obama missed a golden opportunity to put the people who played with OPM (Other People’s Money) and literally plunged out entire system into catastrophe behind bars.

We, the tax-paying public should have been treated to a long line of perp walks by the thugs who run our financial sector beginning with former Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson who begged for and got 700 billion dollars out of us taxpayers, which by the way, we mostly borrowed from China…oh yeah, he was a Republican operating under a Republican president.  This was the largest transfer of wealth from the lower and middle classes to the wealthy on Wall Street that has ever taken place in the history of the world.  If you think I sound pissed off about it, that is because I AM pissed off about it.

Watch Dylan’s clip below, he is good:
